In that case please lets think of how to distribute duties between the two bodies. We must create a relationship that avoids conflict....suggestions???

Grace Imho, we need a board or an entity that can accomodate pioneers
of the internet in Kenya or founding members that McTim had mentioned,
my two ip addresses :-)
