Hi, why the rush to get it done in a week? The global ISOC folk urged us to take our time and get it right! They suggested a year as an average time-frame to work out various issues. Rgds, McTim

Dear All,
Please go through the By-Laws and send in your comments, we need to
hand in our Chapter application process by the beginning of November
(1st week). We have finished our membership drive
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArDnnGk2dZYhdGJqV1ZrTzJibEk0MVVnYjk5aXA2ZVE&hl=en_US#gid=0.
(minimum 25 members required) facilitated by Judy Okite. Grace Bomu
has reviewed the by laws that are attached, i urge you all to go
through the by laws and comment before we move to the next step.
McTim, i gathered from discussions that i have had with members onlist
and offlist that they would prefer a national chapter for starters,
can you guide us in filling in the chapter application as i work on
the issue of local registration this week?, we will need a membership
meeting before the end of this month to ratify the bylaws and endorse
the chapter application for submission to ISOC, i urge all of us to be
involved, your opinion and contribution counts.
Best Regards
