Dear Barrack et al.

This is a great document and indeed it must have taken Njoroge some time to come up with it.

Some of my observations:

 - I will prefer the name ISOC Kenya (ISOC KE) rather than KENISOC - KENISOC sounds like some obscure NGO in some rural setup
 - I will prefer the status to be a society rather than an NGO - this is in keeping in trend with Internet Society naming conventions- it is a society
 - On gender representation, I believe in appointing or recruitment or seconding people based on their competencies - there are rather many qualified people of either gender out there to serve in a professional entity. Bear in mind that this is not some political outfit.

In general, we need to 'Kenyanize' the document.
