Thank you for the kind words.
The committee was of the view that this first elections are open to
all members without looking at subscription. This is because first,
the subscription amount has never been agreed on and secondly because
we wanted to avoid financial responsibility as we would have had to
handle the subscription.
@Davis, I thought use of "ordinarily resident"  would have sufficed.
We can  draft that clause to clarify.
