Dear all,

Just seen a discussion about this from the KICTANET mailing list and I believe that these two bills will somehow affect the growth of internet in Kenya. I propose that after the World IPv6 Launch event, the next immediate task should be ISOC Kenya to give a formal response to CIC (Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution) on our (as ISOC Kenya) stand about these two bills.
