On the issue of "benefited", Look at the workplan and the deliverables. There was no item as BENEFITS. The activities were implemented strictly as stipulated in the Terms of Reference (ToR) and in the wokplan. We encourage positive contribution that will lead to its further continued development and evolution because language varies from region to region.
