By the way - a key point to note in this article is that it was ISOC&#39;s sponsorship of my participation at the 1999 INET workshop (also organised by ISOC) that gave me the skills and knowledge that allowed me to set up KIXP and help many other countries set up their IXPs. ISOC has a special place in my heart, career and legacy....<div>
