Hi Grace,

I see your mail is time stamped Oct 2011, it seems there was a problem
with the server holding messages??

I too will go thru the doc when time permits!

Hi Barrack,
On what basis does Daniel Otieno Omondi use ISOC Kenya mailing list to spam
us? Why and how does his personal and private business messages come with
'ISOC_KE' as his title?
This is an abuse to anyone that receives these unsolicited messages without
prior consent.
If everyone else is fine with this and I'm the odd one out I suspect there
is something I don't know that the others know. Please enlighten me.
If this was expressly done without any consultation, then we may need a
by-law or some by-laws to protect members of ISOC Kenya from such abuse.
Please urgently address this.

Dear Tom,

I feel you, i think Daniel Otieno Omondi should take note otherwise we
might be compelled to take him off until he resolves the issue on his part,
i want to imagine he might not have been aware but i will copy him in this
response, apologies listers for the inconvenience.

Thank you

Best Regards

Dear Tom & Barrack,

I also noted this yesterday and I was compelled to send Daniel Otieno
Omondi an e-mail expressing my disappointment with this kind of behaviour.
What we send and receive should be in regard to ISOC_KE and any personal
message have to be addressed with a different mode.

P.S I hope Daniel has taken care of this as at now.

Frank

Hi Frank,

I also received a number of emails from Daniel. I do not think he was aware
that these emails were being sent out and believe that his mailbox was
compromised.

When I emailed him about it, he wrote back and asked me "what emails am I
talking about?"
