Dear All,
Please note that there are some "small" things that need your input. For example,
a) How much should annual subscription be for members?
b) Where should the registered office be? There was a suggestion earlier to have it at KENIC offices but members need to give more views on this and probably nominate someone such as Barrack to go ahead and make the request to KENIC.

This is what I can think of for now. Please give your comments.

Kindly post your comments under the discussion area, so far only McTim
and Onsakia have commented, does it mean we haven't read? Feel free to
also comment on what has been discussed, as mentioned in an earlier
email it might not be ideal too comment on the document as requested
by McTim, we can leave that to Grace to incorporate the changes let us
point out the sections and the changes we desire.
