Purpose and Scope of Chapter It is important to indicate how you intend to serve your community of interest and why a Chapter of the Internet Society is a good way to do it. We also need to figure out who we will list as Founding Members (we could list everyone). Paste in the bylaws, and then we are nearly done. Do we want to do a rush job just so we can launch a Chapter in formation at IGF? I would rather a long discussion ensue and consensus result from same about what we want to do as a Chapter. I can do a rush job if ppl feel they want that. Bylaws need to be done right however. Maybe we need a focused 3 or 4 day discussion a la Kictanet??? -- Cheers, McTim "A name indicates what we seek.
