2. Resides in kenya ? What happens to the people who are members and are out of the country for one year in school or members of isoc who work in Uganda ?  Please clarify this.

As you may be aware, a committee comprising of six ISOC members was appointed to assist with the election process for the chapter. The committee incorporated two observers from other ISOC chapters.

The committee has had several meetings and deliberated on our mandate. Please find attached a document containing the Draft Election Regulations. We request members to look at them , think about them and offer us constructive critique. Members of the committee are here and available to clarify any questions you may have.

We look forward to hearing from you over this weekend and to working with you to have take the chapter to its next phase.
