There have been reported abuses of e-voting, to the level where it is not
well trusted, and their is an insistence on paper back up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the AGM as I already had another engagement scheduled out of town.

I think I speak for the rest of the elected officials when I say that there shall be transparency and accountability on usage of funds and that we shall ensure we get the best value for money for any activities we engage in.
