Dear Barrack,

Agreed. Maybe later we can customize and localize.

I'd given my proposal earlier.

Davis , unfortunately you ended without making a proposal ;-), I suggest we stick to the global theme because we are doing it in Unison with other global partners, later we can have our own and choose local theme, this time round major focus is on the players, one institution cannot lead the effort for a whole country, it takes a multitude of stakeholders, that's why we have national v 6 taskforces, we have sent out invitations to a number of stakeholders and majority have confirmed that they will participate.

Dear all,

The theme 'This time it is for real' does not 'sync' with me. It sounds as if we have been lying about IPv6 and it is now we want to be real! Globally it might make sense but locally, nope!

For the other proposed theme (by who?): IPv6: JE UKO TAYARI? MIMI NIKO TAYARI - it is less techie yes, but it is like it is intended for the youth and not the corporate world. And who is ready? If KENIC were driving this then such a theme can make sense only if they had demonstrated IPv6 leadership before.

I think in Kenya we need messages or a theme geared towards demystifying IPv6 and some sort of advocacy through very informative sessions.

My two cents.

Dear Members,

The theme is this time its for real i line with http://www.worldipv6launch.org/. Since its a global event it might not be wise to come up with another theme, your thoughts?

Best Regards
