Subject: [AfrICANN-discuss] Tutorial on data privacy
Hi all,
In an effort to provide education around data privacy, the Internet Society launched an Identity training module suite in conjunction with Data Privacy Day on 28 January, http://www.staysafeonline.org/data-privacy-day/about.
This product suite provides general information around some of the key topics of importance in the Trust & Identity space. The suite includes three modules: Tutorial 1: Online Identity
This tutorial explains some of the key differences between your online and "real life" identity, digital identities, and the difference between online identity and personal privacy.
Tutorial 2: Protecting Your Privacy
This tutorial explains key concerns related to online identity and privacy, how and why information is collected, and how to control the privacy of your online identity.
Tutorial 3: Protecting Your Identity
This tutorial explains the challenges around protecting online identities and helps you recognize the ways you can protect your online identity.
Thank you,
