The ongoing class which started on Tuesday 1st October will end this Thursday to pave way for a new session next week.
Some of the skills to
learn during the three day training include caring for wounds, giving medicines, helping a patient to overcome disabilities, comforting a patient, dealing with excretions, keeping a patient clean, maintaining body temperature, and dressing among others.
This is part of the continuous support by St John Ambulance to complement the ongoing hospital care and accelerate recovery for victims of Westgate attack.
