Hi Listers

Thanks for all the ongoing contributions regarding the recent "Strategic Plan meeting". Much ground was covered compared to other meetings and we were able to analyse issues critically. However, due to the backlog we were not able to complete everything in entirety.

Timelines are utmost necessary as Kelvin has pointed out, and I thought of remember us tying the same to the pending activities, rather than having a discussion with no end. We agree to continue contributing and building on the 'Strategic Plan meeting" on the list, so that those who did not attend the meeting can have the opportunity to contribute, especially the GROUP LEADERS.

It was suggested that these suggestions will be collated and compiled for final deliberation in the next meeting.

The next meeting should finalize the Strategic Plan, so that we can move ahead.

So please I urge all to go thro the documents and please share your views b4 the next meeting. As for the local registration, it is in the process and once complete there will be a notification.

@Liz, could you please share the last meeting's minutes as well so that members can have enough time to read thro and provide ideas before the next meeting.

On the website, it has not been finalized because of a technicality. I discussed the issue with @Musee and I can report that we are working towards its finality. However, other contrubutors in this Work group are welcome aboard. Volunteers are needed in this group, content builders, editors, writers, programming techies etc. Those interested, just get in touch with me off-the list.

Hi all,

we have come along way in formalizing this chapter, most recent activity
was in a meeting that we discussed the by laws. all gray areas were
highlighted and shared to all for either comments or proposed changes.

i haven't seen much response in regard to this and if there was might have
missed it, do
we have a deadline to receive this comments or proposals to the bylaws?

if not when do we expect to submit the bylaws to the registrar ?
having timelines on this and sticking to them will be of need if we are to
launch isoc as expected (mid Aug- end Aug )
