Davis, Lister's, Internet Penetration is still below 50 % (41 %), nothing to celebrate about , i hope with the new Universal Access board and the promises made by the incoming government we will be able to increase it to 70 % by the end of this year or in the nearest future. We need to ensure that residences are provided with connectivity ducts. We also need to explore bush networks and other technologies that will ensure the internet is available to all.
