Dear Barack, Can we have a better way of organizing the mail list? Currently, we have to really scroll through a long mail list to get the messages in them ( with some emails repeated many times) - this means that you can miss some important information in some mails. I propose that since we have quorum (76 is a good number - may be some people had not seen this) we can start the chapter formation process. I remember seeing a mail about this and the proposed structure for discussion - which was supposed to end tomorrow. Can we pick up from that proposal? For me that will be a good starting point.
