In conjunction with Research ICT Africa, weare carrying out research to establish the quality of the internet links asprovided for by the Kenyan mobile operators Safaricom, Airtel, Orange andEquitel. The aim of the research is to getempirical data from subscribers that can then be used to inform regulatorypolicy that can improve the quality of upload/download speeds as well as thegeneral customer web surfing experience. You will be expected to run some internetspeed measurements at least (twelve) 12 times per month using a mobile Appcalled “*My Speed Test*” with your smart phone from Jan 30 to April 30 2017.
