Dear Grace I will be available for the AGM meeting. Once again I wish to thank all members of the Election Team and for your able leadership patience and resilience. As Victor (election team member) stated earlier, we should view the election process as only changes in "roles" and not winners and losers. Whatever the position one holds, as members of ISOC family our objective should remain the same that is to spread the same gospel of the Internet. There may have been divergent views on issues on different occasions, as people could have had different opinions. But that is normal in a progressive society and the best thing is to have a conducive environment where one can have the freedom and platform to openly engage and express oneself. That is the culture we need to cultivate because the chapter does not belong to the elected officers, but to all the membership. Without the membership there could be not chapter. As a baby grows, there are challenges of crawling. standing and falling as it grows before it stands up and begins to walk.. Those are life dynamics, and building on those challenges and experiences, I think the Chapter like a young baby, can begin to move forward, by pooling together our skills, experiences and abilities. Let us all join hands together and spread the Internet gospel to achieve the mission and goals inclusively. Together we shall stand.
