[Skunkworks] Fwd: [kictanet] Safaricom and Internet Traffic Tampering

All said and done... sending a GET request and checking on the reply would
warrant to say that there is *Intentional* Tampering. More would need to be
done to verify the assertion ...Just my two cents.
